  • Are reliable and competent working alone, yet flexible with a team.

  • Are willing to remain adaptable and available.

We're specifically hiring candidates with...

  • Significant barista experience: texturizing milk, calibrating espresso, following drink standards.

  • A strong grasp of the English language.

  • BC FOODSAFE Level 1 Certification (or equivalent).

  • Willingness to take this as a long-term position.

STAFF BENEFITS:

    • We're currently developing our dental & health care benefits package for full-time employees. (You will be eligible for this package after completing the three-month probationary period, which will include progress evaluations.)

    • Are reliable, and know how to work well in a team.

    • Are adaptive and willing to remain flexible with our new, ever-growing business!

    We're specifically hiring candidates with...

    • Kitchen management experience.

    • Product Research & Development experience.

    • Extensive experience (2 years or more) as a professional baker and/or pastry chef.

    • Knowledge of various culinary styles (French, Japanese, etc.)

    • A strong grasp of either English, Chinese or both.

    • BC FOODSAFE Level 1 Certification (or equivalent).

    • Availability to accept this as a long-term, full-time position.
